SPECIALITY SHOW FOR CHOW CHOWS (CAC)  

Speciality Show for Chow Chows took place on April 12, 2024 
in Tallinn, the capital of Estonia.
52 dogs were registered to the Show from Estonia, Lithuania, Finland and Sweden.
The Show was judged by Marianne Baden from Denmark.

SHOW CLASSES:  (the decisive date concerning the age is the day of the show (i.e. the day when the dog participates in the show) 

Baby Class 4-6 months Best of Breed Baby will be chosen 
Puppy Class  6-9 months  Best of Breed Puppy will be chosen
 Junior Class  9-18 months don't compete for CAC. Compete for Junior CAC, BOB Junior and BOB 
Intermediate Class  15-24 months compete for CAC and BOB 
Open Class   from 15 months  compete for CAC and BOB 
Champion Class from 15 months  compete for CAC and BOB 
Veteran Class  from 8 years don't compete for CAC. Compete for BOB Veteran and BOB 
Breeders Class 3-5 dogs of the same breederDogs must come from at least two different combinations of stud and bitch and must receive at least "VG" (very good) at this show. The title Best Breeder will be awarded. 
Progeny Class3-5 offsprings of a stud dog or brood bitch. All the offsprings must come from at least two different combinations of stud and bitch and must receive at least "VG" (very good) at this show. The title Best Progeny Class will be awarded.  
 Brace Competitiona male and female dog of the same   ownerwho must receive at least "VG" (very good) at this show. The title Best Brace will be awarded

Entry Documents shall include (by mail/ e-mail):
  • correctly filled entry form 
  • copy of pedigree (if not owning EST studbook or FIN-studbook number)
  • for Champion Class entry: Copy of Ch Diploma
  • copy of a payment receipt (write on the payment order: 12.04.24.Chow Chow Speciality Show, studbook number of dog(s) taking part, owner). 
KEEP IN MIND! UNLESS THESE DOCUMENTS ARE PROVIDED THE DOG WILL NOT BE REGISTERED
Please check that all the documentation has reached us.  After we have received your entry documents, a confirmation will be sent to your e-mail within one week of registration. 
Entry fee shall be calculated based on the date of sending the registration form.

VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS

All dogs participating at the show must have a valid certificate of vaccination against Distemper, Rabies, Parvovirus infection (canine) and Hepatitis infectious (canine). For further information please check the Estonian Kennel Union web page Vaccination Requirements,

ATTENTION!
All dogs participating must have an ID-marking (tattoo or microchip).
